PRITCHETT + DIXON

Announce Retirement

After 25 years of crafting creative, bespoke designs, architectural partners Todd Pritchett and Craig Dixon are retiring and closing the firm of Pritchett + Dixon, the business they built and grew together.

Beginning in 2000, the couple has left a lasting imprint on their community through thoughtful, individually tailored projects— from historic renovations and Intown residences to many unique second homes at the Lakes and Mountains— living environments that reflect their shared love of good design. Their partnership, both in life and in work, has been at the heart of the firm.

In recognition, Todd and Craig have been honored by multiple awards for Design, Kitchens, Baths, an Urban Design Award for Excellence in Architecture, as well as many publications such as Elle Decor, LUXE Magazine, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, Atlanta Magazine HOME, Southern Living, TRENDS, This Old House Magazine, the Wall Street Journal and more.

“We’re incredibly grateful for every client who trusted us, every contractor and designer who collaborated with us, and every friend who cheered us on,” said Todd and Craig. “But, the relationships we’d build along the way would be the most rewarding part of the journey.”

While the couple is stepping away from practice, they look forward to new adventures in the South of France— travel, new hobbies in art and photography, and many leisurely moments just enjoying life.
